With this sophisticated and elegant Kitchen, we spared no expense. High quality materials such as natural timber veneer, quartzite stone, 2Pac lacquer as well as flush electrical points and integrated appliances.

This kitchen is the perfect blend of practicality and contemporary style. The client wanted a modern elevated kitchen design using luxury materials. It was imperative that we respected the European style of their home as well as utilise the existing ceilings.
The old kitchen was outdated and didn’t provide ample storage for the family. I utilised space from the adjacent Laundry by removing non-structural walls. I added a walk-in-linen and 3 pantries with internal drawers as well as a large integrated fridge and separate freezer.

Wembley Downs Modernista
A kitchen and bathroom that had an identity crisis!
This beautiful mid century home had an unusual ‘mish-mash’ kitchen and a laundry that was pretending to be a bathroom. The clients really wanted something functional and modernised without doing the character home a disservice.
MODERN FLOREAT HOME
“The ultimate cooks’ kitchen” was the brief for this kitchen/pantry/laundry in this Floreat home. You could say the change is drastic and epic.
A streamlined design called for a minimal design with crisp white cabinets and touches of warmth for display and cook book storage. Added drama was included with back lighting and feature coastal blue tiling in the Laundry splash back.
Mt Hawthorn Family Home
In this outdated family home our brief was to modernise whilst incorporating the existing Jarrah timber and solve problem areas including the vacant space under the staircase, an impractical kitchen and an unused ‘dead’ area off the dining space.
Along with new paint, carpet, light fittings, mirrors and textured wallpaper this disjointed house has become a beautifully warm and elegant home.

Waterfront Transformation
A renovation that transformed a Tuscan Classic into a Hampton’s Stunner. The entire rear of the home was reconfigured unrecognisable whilst the remainder stripped and redesigned to suit a contemporary family.

Cottesloe Heritage
This home is a true craftsman’s masterpiece located on the water’s edge in Cottesloe; it is the epitome of luxurious elegance. No expense was spared to bring this dilapidated ruin back into the modern era with a modified floor plan, the latest technology (yes there is a TV behind the mirror in the kitchen) and yet respects its heritage. Zorzi Builders truly deserved the 2015 Housing Industry of Australia’s Best Alteration and Addition over $500,000 for ‘Le Fanu’.

This apartment complex was the brain child of a prominent Perth businessman – forward thinking enough to develop 4 luxury apartments and 1 deluxe penthouse a stone’s throw from the new Optus Stadium in East Perth. The brief was luxury, luxury, luxury!
